Oversized valves designed specifically for the extreme conditions in the MINI Cooper S supercharged motor. +0.5mm Intake and +1.5mm Exhaust valves allows the use of MINI Cooper factory seats and will outperform factory valves when matched to a properly ported head. Includes 8 Intake and 8 Exhaust valves.

Fits the following models:

2002-2006 R50 MINI Cooper and R53 Cooper S Hardtop
2005-2008 R52 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible


These valves do not require oversized valve seats.

The Intake valve has a +0.5mm oversize head made from high nickel alloy 21-4n material, deep stem undercut for higher flow rate, fully machined, swirl polished, close tolerance stem, QPQ black nitride finish provides higher surface hardness with low friction for improved stem wear. Valve seat surface is harder with the nitride layer, resisting corrosion buildup and lasting longer with lead free fuels, alcohols, nitro or other "explosive" mixes. Backcut for improved flow.

The Exhaust valve has a +1.5mm oversize head made from inconel and carbon steel stem material, deep stem undercut for higher flow rate, fully machined, swirl polished, close tolerance stem, QPQ black nitride finish provides higher surface harness with low friction for improved stem wear. Valve seat surface is harder with the nitride layer, resisting corrosion buildup and lasting longer with lead free fuels, alcohols, nitro or other "explosive" mixes. Backcut for improved flow.
