Please jonathan, put jemal out of this, he is a very good person and he has nothing to do with me as "Boison" , i came here in my own freewill, thinking that you guys can help me with my mini problems, yes you did as some point and i thanked you for that, i just can't undestand why i am being singled out here, i'm not the only one posting silly things and ideas, alllll of us!! if i post something funny jeg will jump on me and my pure intentions is being tainted, he has done that to me several times, i posted the first time and what did jeg did? he immediately posted pictures of me naked etc etc. then all of a sudden all of you started egg-ing on me(i like the word,btw), and of course ,me as a normal person with feelings will retaliate,of course im not a wood with no feelings. if you could only ignore my posts i think there will be no problem., Once again, be it known by ALL that i am a legitimate owner of a 1977 mini Leyland so Special, and just like you, i have the right to be a member of this wonderful forum because this is a public forum and it's just too inhumane if you ban me during the summer season when everybody is enjoying their mini and the forum... some people just don't have a HEART!

I don't waste Jemals time anymore, I'm guilty of being one that did though. I care enough about this forum I asked him for help moderating .

Like to share a few emails, if you would induldge me. The only edit is for language, which isn't all that bad and you can figure what I wrote. Jemals response has not been edited (he's more couth than myself).

He has never contributed anything to the forum, other than Antagonistic Behavior. There was even the threat of shutting the forum down, because of him and the interaction with forum members. Not very positive , I’d say.

 

I’ve made a challenge to myself, not to reply to any of his posts. I offered to help with a wheel and some a/c books, he never emailed me with an address where to send, but stills complains he never received the books. Where was I to send them ?

He may have also pissed off the post office, it may have actually gotten to him.

I’m more than “over” this, but a small favor, if you have his email, ask him not to “poke the bear”.

Also, the COMO member (Central Ohio Mini Owners) that was going to donate the spare wheel, robster also pissed off and he threw the wheel in the trash.

The forum may not be as “exciting” , but sure runs more smoothly with out him. I figure it’s just a matter of time till he goes off the rails and gets banned again.

 

I’m sure you have better things to do than deal with this crap, maybe he asked to be allowed to return and said “he’d be good”. Guess this makes him your “pet” project. I’d much rather read about your “S” project though.

In ernest, I offered the books to you, posted numerous times your failure to supply an address as to where to ship them, you've never replied on this forum to my request for an address.

You've baited me a number of times, trying to get a rise out of me on this issue, or should I say your issue. There a few members that are aware of your address issue because of communication off the board with them. (Don't flatter yourself, you weren't the focus of conversation)

I have purchased and started rebuilding an Italian classic car, hell if I can own a classic British car...

The forum for my new endeavor is extremely enjoyable to go on.  Everyone on it is always friendly and enormously helpful to the point that in half of my posts I have received personal emails with even more relevant information.  And on top of that I haven't come across any bickering among members whatsoever and I've had to go into the sites archives to learn about this car. 

The idea of a disruptive entity on the Italian car forum would be completely alien.  

Might this have something to do with 5 million Mini's being built compared to 200k of my new classic?  Is the sure volume of forum members a viable excuse when it comes to how they should behave?

Or are they just not tolerated on the other site?

            Details: Exhibit #1  Jeg apparently went to Robster's house took pictures of him while riding his scooter naked with an exposed nipples, after several years he(jeg) allegedly posted the said pictures to the mini forum, along with the victim's wife's name "vanessa" thus commiting a non bailable crime of Invasion of Privacy.

                        Exhibit#2 Jeg apparently gave wrong advice to robster with regards to his(robster) newly bought  but beat up mini, he allegedly told  robster that the juddering of his mini caused the carb needle to bend. Robster then went ahead and dismantle the carb and ordered parts for it only to know that the real problem was the distributor ,points in particular. Offense: Guilty of misleading newbies,resulting to unecessary purchase"/loss of money.

2)MightyMouse aka. Mr. Cameron:  Offense: Breaking the Business Ethics

            Details: Exhibit#1  Mightymouse apparently posted a for sale old carburetor for $80, Boison showed interest to purchase the said carburetor and emailed him only to know that he was lying and that the cost of the carburetor is $180. he lures potential buyers and when the actual purchase takes place he then increase the cost leaving the buyer with no choice but to buy the pricey merchandise.

 3) Mr. J Klein  a.k.a  SXSMAN   Offense:  Broken Promises resulting to false hopes

             Details: Exhibit#1 SXSMAN apparently promised Robster that he will send him the A/C manual, robster then emailed him his home address,seconds, minutes,hours,days,weeks,months and years had past, NO A/C manual arrived in robster's house.

                          Exhibit#2 SXSMAN apparently promised robster to give him 1(one)pc of 10x5 steel wheels for spare, the said wheel is comming from his friend given to robster for free and that his only obligation is to pay for the shipping, again,days and years had past the the wheel never surfaced.

The accused are given 24hours to submit their counter affidavit and defend themselves. Otherwise Air2Air a.k.a. Todd can proceed with the banning of these three accused after 24hrs of non compliance.

Robster, Boison, whatever name he is going by now, is a nuisance and a pest and operates like a troll and this forum would be more enjoyable / useful without the likes of him.
