The 18" RSe10 is now available for the new MINI Cooper Hardtop. As you can expect from NM Eng. designer, the RSe10 features clean and simple spoke profile but yet carries enough detail around the lug hole area to separate itself from other split 5-spoke out there in the market.
Fits the following models:
2014-2020 F56 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop
2015-2020 F55 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop 4-Door
2016-2021 F57 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible
NOT compatible with JCW models.
Recommended tire size: 205 or 215/40/R18
NOTE: The Cooper non-S models will require a 5mm spacer in the fronts for the caliper to clear the hub area of this wheel.
Available in the following finishes:
Each RSe10 is spec-ed specifically for the F55 and F56, which translates to complete direct bolt-on fitment utilizing factory lug bolts, center caps, as well as tire pressure monitoring sensors – No spacers, No hub rings!!
Weighing just a mere 18.5 lbs, The RSe10 wheels will enhance your driving experience cosmetically as well as performance by reducing the rotational mass or unsprung weight.
Does not clear JCW big brake kit.
OEM TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) compatible (not included).
Center Caps are not included, but available separately here - Mini Cooper Center Hub Cap OEM Gen3.
REDUCING UNSPRUNG WEIGHT
The lighter the wheel and other unsprung components, the easier it is for the tire to follow bumps in the road. On a vehicle with extremely high unsprung weight, the inertia of the wheel and associated assembly can't move fast enough to follow the road, resulting in a jarring, crashing ride.
Lowering the unsprung weight and rotating weight yields multiple dividends, with better acceleration, better braking, better ride, better fuel economy, and better handling. Money spent to reduce unsprung weight may be great, but it's a much better payoff than with sprung weight.
Although all of these wheels are checked for fitment by the suppliers, ALWAYS match specifications on the wheel with packaging label, and physically check-fit the wheel on the vehicle BEFORE mounting the tire.
