Hello Gurdy, the car's computer will compensate for any changes with the exhaust.  No need to tune the car after your modification.

      I have a 2004 cooper s. I am thinking about modifying the exhaust as follows. Removing the existing resonator and muffler and installing a flowmaster series 10 muffler. Do I need to tune the car after?
