Question:
I have a 1967 Classic Morris Mini. My hydrolastic suspension has been affected and my car is sitting on the wheels at the moment I want to upgrade to suspension springs since the hydrostatic isn't working anymore, what conversion kit do you recommend?
Answer:
The most cost effective way is to use this kit:

With this kit the job is made a little easier as new rear stub axles are included:

Question:
Does this kit fit a 72 Leyland Mini, and does it come with everything so that it can just bolt straight in?
Answer:
The kit should give you everything you need. For the conversion.

You may want to watch Jemal's videos on rebuilding the subframes as I think he touches on the hydrolastic conversion from time to time in those.

Question:
I have a 1968 Austin Morris 1100 (ADO16). Totally restored. Do you have a dry conversion kit that would suit ???
Answer:
Thank you for asking, but unfortunately, no.  The ADO16 is similar is suspension design, but everything is bigger.

Question:
Hi! I’m located in Sydney Australia. I have a 65 mk1 Morris deluxe. Keen to convert the suspension to springs from hydro. Will this kit be all I need to do this?
Answer:
Yes, this a good option for a do it yourself kit and all major parts are included but not it is not uncommon to find misc suspension bushing that might be replacing while in the process of doing this upgrade.

PS- The option that is a little less DIY is the kit https://www.minimania.com/part/MMKT0905/Classic-Austin-Mini-Hydrolastic-Wet-To-Dry-Conversion-Kit  The difference between this kit and the one you asked about is that it includes new rear stub axles.  When using this kit, you press out and replace the rear stub axle with the dry type,  In the MMKT0909 kit, you will simply have to cut off the inner end of the axle and drill and tap it to serve as the location point for the bottom of the rear shock.
