MINI Factory replacement Front Apron Cover, at the rear of the engine compartment near the base of the front windshield. These parts include the rubber strip that seals against the bottom of the windshield - the rubber strip is molded to the Apron.

Left Side (drivers side in US) and Right Side (passenger side in US) sold separately. Left side Apron includes the access cover to the battery.

This is not the rubber that seals against the windshield at the cowl or apron, that rubber seal is molded to the front apron.
