Aloha From Maui!

This 1962 Countryman is presently on Craigslist located in Makawao on Maui for $2,750.00. Thought I would share. Here are some photos. Sorry I wasn't able to load the ad or to make the listing clickable. I'm limited on my new laptop. If someone could pick it up for a reasonable price, shipping it to the Mainland would be about $1,100 to the West Coast. Hope it finds a good home! Aloha!          Mini Estate

Probably more than a day late with these images of early steel trumpets from the rear of a 1962 Morris Traveller (June '62).

They are slightly longer + 1/4", narrower, with wider trumpet for rubber spring to compress against and of at least 3-piece welded steel construction.

Just for a referrence, the blue 1965 Morris Traveller woody wagon in Toronto that was on e-bay, made $9,100.00 , but failed to meet reserve-

The owner is adamant that it is worth $11k and if you use my logic, fully restored you will be at $16K with a tired 848cc engine-

Is there no GOD in Heaven ???- (roll eyes/Zip) where are they ???

It looks like when MM site went down on Friday that it wiped out a few messages on this thread-

I had posted that the white woody estate wagon (Austin Seven) had sold and was on its' way to Cookeville TN to a new home-/ Now there are at least two 1961 models in TN, Mike Ehringer from this forum has one with a BIG ASS Banjo on the roof

Hi AL,

I think they call those 'Molitov Cocktails'! HA! Hey, have you tried getting ahold of Bill Bell on the 'EARLY MINI FORUMS'? He may have some additional information.        Mini Estate
