The Sales manager showed me this CLUBMAN CLUBVAN, a 2013 model with no rear seats and blanked off side windows-For a mere $25K l could have driven it home-

BTW, Did l say my mini moke won best in class ? Re-sale Red wins everytime- (LOL)

The raised wooden floor covers the fuel cell, still in place-It is installed in the spare tyre well- The carpeted floor can be taken out in 2 seconds as it is professionally cut to fit- I don't use the rear seats, just like the extra cargo area for my junk-Newly re-upholstered rear estate seats come with car, if they were to be used full time then the wooden floor would have to be cut back (shortened) to fit them in-

I realize the original function of the rear estate seats were to be a fold away style, this is still possible but as l never use the rear for passengers, l prefer the clean look-

So what's with the raised rear floor??? And the lack of a seat base in the pic suggests that there rear seats have been removed???

Cheers, Ian

Shoot! Having just viewed the extra photos, that's one tastefully done Clubby there Big AL! I guess I've never really seen one of those one piece rear doors up close before. That's a pretty amazing setup! I showed the Wifey, and she said that's about the cutest and most practical use of the back side of a Mini Wagon she's ever seen, (she reminded though that we're already over the limit on our parking spaces at the condo! HA!) It looks like extra easy access to the cargo area with that single door as well. No obstructions in the rear view mirror either! I can relate to the 'torque' you mentioned from a well placed 1380cc engine, and that one looks to be mean & clean! Good choice.          Mini Estate

Yes, l understand your concerns-

Shipping via CPRail to Vancouver BC is $1,300.00 ,I would split that cost with you-

If you are in Spokane WA, then just get up to Vancouver BC* , pick up the car at the Rail yard and drive it home- Government tax to you is $295.00-

It can be done, Be Positive are the operative words here-

It looks pretty amazing from the pictures. I just do not think I could spend $10,900 on a car that is not Courtney plus shipping and registration excetera. If I lived closer than Washington State I think I would be all over this, or at least be able to convince my wife, but we will not buy a car we can not physically see in person and I can not afford to fly out and back plus shipping and everything else. My government job does not pay me enough for that.

I can't wait to see them. I saw that it was $10,900 is that your final price? It has a one peice door? What happened to the barn doors? I guess i am looking for something like this but more orginal, kind of like a sleeper. Normal run of the mill mini on the outside, but a 1380 and a lot of go fast, or just plain original.

It is a nice looking Clubby, but it has way to  many modifications for my taste. Not to mention I can not see it in person, but I will think about it. Although it will probably be gone before I can make up my mind.

I would still take it back, she meant a lot to me. I bought her when I was stationed in England, and used every bit of my deployment money to buy her. It was $4300 when I bought her and another $1100 to ship to the states.

Her name was Courtney

Thank you

Does it have a name (LOL) ?

And if & when it turns up and has a "round nose" grafted to it, would you still take it back ?

I will check the P A C E registry in Clubstone England-

I know that this may be considered thread jacking by some but I assumed that if you are talking about Mini Countryman, Travelers and Estates then it should not hurt to ask for some help. I need assistance in finding my old 1976 Leyland Mini Clubman Estate. It is a right hand drive, imported to the US from England at the time of sale it had 19000miles on it and was in primer waiting to be painted. The Reg number was PPU 45R, with a 1098cc 4speed. I would really like to see her again and maybe even buy her back. Any help would be great, she was sold in the Spokane area of Washington about 2 1/2, 3 years ago. If you have any information please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or call me at (509)879-0803. Thank you for all of your help.

So I got some good info on this topic from the MCATR, but now I'm confused as to which number is what. The number on my inner fender is FE131334 and the one above the grill is 006226. Anyone know what they are and/or mean?
