The first thing I would check is the bypass valve - check to make sure the flap inside is fully closed in the relaxed state.

Check the diameter of the supercharger pulley (at the ridge peaks). The stock pulley is about 2.58" dia. and the -15% pulley should be about 2.20" dia.

Thanks for your response - do you have any suggestions to try to get more than the 13 lbs i'm currently getting?  They both have excellent compression and no boost leaks.  Thanks

In our experience, we saw around + 15 psi with the -15% reduction supercharger pulley with the stock crank pulley.

I have 2 R52 Minis -- (2004 and 2005) --- both of them have the 15% pulley upgrade with a 0% lightweight crank pulley --- they both make
13 lbs boost now.  The 04 has a new OEM style tensioner, the 05 has the Alta manually adjustable tensioner.  I seem to have read differing estimates of 13-15 lbs.  Any input as to if this is normal or if I should be trying something different.

thanks
