Here is something I found online:

Resetting indicator alerts for Routine Service Check, Oil Change, and Brakes is super easy for the F56 and F56S.

1) Car should be OFF.
2) With foot OFF of the brake, press the START button once to power up the car but not start the engine.
3) Locate the Trip Odometer Reset button on the speedo, at about the 5 o'clock position.
4) Press and HOLD the Trip Odometer Reset button.
- You will see a message: "! Ignition turned on!" Keep holding the button.
- You will see the "car raised on lift" symbol, and it may or may not say, "RESET Possible". Release the button.
5) You are now in alert reset mode. You can toggle between the three reset options: service, oil, and brakes by giving one quick press to the Trip Odometer Reset button. Stop on the one you wish to reset. If a reset is permitted for the particular option, it will say "RESET Possible".
6) To reset the alert, press and HOLD the Trip Odometer Reset button until you see the message, "Reset?" then release the button.
7) Press and HOLD the Trip Odometer button again. A message will say, "System Resetting" and a progress bar will display. A message will now say, "System Reset". Release the button.
8) To get out of the alert reset menu, just wait several seconds or turn the car back off by again pressing START without the brake applied.

All done!

My 2016 R60 S - How do I reset service notifications. It has the alarms on the entertainment/info screen. I replaced the brakes and sensors front & rear, it wants the brake fluid changed (not doing it right now), etc. It won't let me reset anything, just says to schedule appointment at mini dealer for everything. My OBD scantool says there are no codes, therefore nothing to reset. What do I need to reset these myself? These are all on the car's computer, not the usual reset the lights with the ignition/trip button resets. Thanks
