All of those functions are controlled by the body control module or footwell module located in the drivers side footwell / kick panel. You might try reseating the connector on that unit. It would probably be wise to disconnect the battery when doing this...

Thanks for the info. I found that the rear speed sensor wasnt plugged in all the way. I plugged it all the way in and the lights on tach arent there but front windows still wont work still no interior lights and no brights headlights and no turn signals

The symptoms you describe sounds similar to when one of the rotational speed sensors has failed.

I would recommend checking the brake fluid level, all the brake related fuses, check the connectors to the speed sensors to make sure they have good electrical continuity.
