There was a specific hub used in the Speedwell cars.  The wheel is the easy part.

As Spitz mentioned, try the Mk1 Performance Conversions website.  Also look at Ebay UK.  In addition to Speedwell, you can search Formula steering wheels.  I asked the questions in a prior post because there are many differences between wheels, bosses, and horn mounts for the Speedwell line of wheels.
