 2006 mini cooper s oil filter housing change?

The Cooper S with automatic transmission did not have the oil cooler on the oil filter housing, while the manual transmission did. Since the automatic transmission had it own trans fluid cooler to keep the transmission temperatures down and the manual does not have its own cooler, they probably added the engine oil cooler on the manual to compensate - but that's only my guess...
