I've managed to purchase MK3 so all the interior is original. If I had purchased the MK4, then I would've tried to convert to MK3 interior as I like the retro look.

What is your interior presently?
MkIII and MkIV were pretty much the same other than column controls and switches.  Door cards may be different style, but pulls and operner the same.

Agreed. These days a lot of places are closed and it’s understandable. I am also not going to be able to do anything on the mini at least for a couple of months as completing my beetle these days. So for now collecting information and parts post which shall do so.

Don't be surprised if Newton Com. is closed. That will also mean that most companies selling interiors won't have much in stock for very long.

Oh super cool. It helps a lot as I have a VW Beetle also and when I restored it, it was super easy as the US based websites allow you to chose the vehicle as per the year and only show stuff related to specific vehicle and that’s how I purchased almost the entire interior including door cards, complete seats upholstery, carpet kit, headliner etc. On the MS website, I’ve been super confused now for almost a week. So shall try this one and hopefully they’ll be able to guide further too.  Thank you dear. You’ve been a great help.
regards

I don't know anything about the MS interior stuff it could actually be Newton Commercial. Most of the UK owners recommend Newton that's why I bought it. I dealt with a guy named Shaun Henderson, I don't know if he's still with them, but he was really easy to work with. When I redid my interior I bought a molded carpet set, door cards, quarter panels, and a set of classic bucket seats direct from Newton. My recollection was it was $1800 in 2014/5 Freight was a killer on the seats. Right now the exchange with the GBP is around $1.25 which isn't bad, I think I bought at $1.55 in 2015.

Newton Commercial has most styles of door cards, seats, and the like. https://newtoncomm.co.uk/collections/saloon

If you're also looking to change to center binnacle speedo/gauges it's more involved, I've never done it so can't comment on where you would get the bits you need. You may get an answer here but you may also want to ask on The Mini Forum in the UK they may even have a sticky post on it.
Like this one //www.theminiforum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=115376   You may need to copy and paste the link.

It will be expensive if you do it with Newton probably $4-500 if you do a full car set with shipping not including a carpet set, more if you door seat covers, more if you do a center binnacle conversion. You may be all in at $1500-2000 if you go full monty.
