Consider not wrecking the NLA wet subframes and replace with dry. I'm sure you can sell the wet subframes for more than the cost of getting new dry ones.

Which kit did you get? Coil springs, trumpets, or Hi-Los? 

You'll need to replace the shock pins on the front arms, and also the stub axles on the rear swing arms if you want to properly mount shocks on the rear. The kits don't come with the stub axles. I don't know why not.

I'm sure there are many ways to replace the stub axles, but you'll probably need a press. I've seen recommendations to heat the arms in an oven before pressing the axles out or back in. I had mine done at a shop, so not sure how they did it.

I ran rear shocks with the lower ends on the hydro helper spring studs, just held on with a washer and cotter pin for a few years, but was in constant fear of them coming off at the worst moment. I finally replaced the stub axles. More happier now.

I'm not sure whats in the MiniMania kit but you'll need, cones trumpets shock absorbers front shock mounts front upper arms may need to be drilled to take shock mounting pin.

You will have to bend over the tabs that lock in the front hydro bags in the subframe too

So I blew a line in my freshly pumped hydrolastic suspension. The line came off of the passenger front bag and made a hell of a mess on the garage ceiling. The combo of my county (Sonoma county) is on Shelter in Place for the next 3 weeks and the 17% off coupon got my credit card finger itchy. I made the purchase without any research really thinking it would be a breeze to install, seems I was wrong. I’ve read a couple of articles and I wanted to hear from someone who’s actually done it. I purchased the wet to dry cone suspension from here on mini mania. What other parts do I need? What have I gotten myself into?
