Per some other discussions on other forums, the seller had the respray completed but the bodyshop did the wrong color code / Color.
 that put the brakes on finishing it for whatever reason... 

Would be totally up to a bidder/ buyer to correct both the color and the ugly welding (probably worth it to do it since its already stripped and shoddy.

Looks like Gulf Blue. Maybe paint an orange stripe down the middle... Nice kit of bits, but has some shockingly poor welding on the shell.

It is not the original color.  The seller has a picture of his Heritage Certificate (link below) that says the original color was smoke grey.
