Driver side Cv axle wobble at transmission

Perhaps you can take your car to a transmission specialist to see what they might say - preferably a shop familiar with BMW's or MINIs.....

No leaks at all transmission fluid level ok

Since there is a seal where the axle enters the transmission, are you seeing any signs of oil leak on the drivers side where the axle enters the transmission?
