Misfire issues

I need help.....I had my 2011 mini cooper clubsman S give me a misfire code on number 4 cylinder...I changed the plugs , it ran great for a few days then slowly started to have a rough start ....then it gave me #4 again misfire so I changed the coil on 4 ...it leveled out again for like a week now I got 3 and 4 missfires....is it the other 3 coil packs I havent swapped out or the fuel filter???
