Well we know the great state of TEXAS has done this and has been canceling all titles on Kit Cars,CKD/s , Replicas and Dune buggies..anyone heard of couple more states DMV doing this?? I saw on the VW forum. that Wis and Mi are considering this also.. let me know IF you see other states DMVs doing this.. later bc
