The web site has been updated with a tab on the home page to include information pertaining to Regalia items. The design showing the Mini pick-up being chased by a new MINI is the rear of the tee-shirts, and the two Mini's back to back is the small logo which will be placed over the left breast of all shirts being offered.

Tamer,
Looks like a couple of campgrounds within 15-20 minutes of the host hotel.
There's a Walmart right up the street and looks like lots of big parking lots in the area. You could just do the old squat and move routine.

A quick Google search reveals two RV Resorts in Owensboro; Diamond Lake and Swim Lake. I would suggest you perform your normal search process to see about their amenities, features and travel distances to the host hotel. There are also a host of other RV Resorts listed which are not in Owensboro.

The tee shirts are being provided by Evergreen Graphics. The design for the back will be shown on the event web site in the near future. The small logo for the left front is the same as the logo shown on the registration form.

The following is a quick update on where the planning committee stands with this event:

... The web site is being finalized and is expected to launch in mid-February.

... The pre-registration process will launch at the same time.

... The host hotel reports that as of today, (Jan 31) there are 27 rooms remaining available under the Mini Meet East room block.

... For travel planning purposes en route to Owensboro, Kentucky, we wish to make you aware of the following Pre-Event activity being planned off-site on Monday, July 6. We have made the following arrangements with the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in Bowling Green, KY. for that day.

........... We will be afforded the opportunity to tour the Museum at any time during the day, and there is a lunch venue within the building.

.......... From 10am-2pm we have made arrangements with the adjacent NCM Motorsports Park for Mini/MINI owners to participate in touring laps of the 3.15 mile long road course. We will be led in groups of five behind a Corvette pace car at above highway speeds, but limited to 100 mph.The cost for this activity is $75 for 4 laps, and participants can run as many sessions as they wish.

.......... Payment for both of these add-on activities are not a part of the MME registration process and are to be made directly with the Museum and Motorsports Park.

.......... MME check-in and registration will begin at the host hotel late that afternoon & early evening, affording participants of these activities ample time to arrive in time in Owensboro which is approximately 70 miles north of Bowling Green.. Please continue to monitor this thread for periodic updates as they become available.

Not until the F1 calendar and the Le Mans dates are published, as FoS is always on a free weekend where possible to allow the F1 and endurance teams to attend.

By late summer the dates should be firming up, and I should get the nod for FoS early.

Just checked my calendar, and it clashes with FoS... much as I love you guys (and am long overdue another MME) duty calls and I'll be at Goodwood instead.

Will lean on the (probable) organisers of MME 2021 in ****** ******* to avoid the clash !

My reservation made.  The hotel says 33 of the 50 rooms are booked already.  See you all in July!

As of this past Saturday (Nov. 9) 15 of the 50 rooms in the Mini Meet East room block have been reserved. That leaves 35 available rooms (14 kings & 21 doubles).
