There were 3 different head units available to the 2012 models, so a vin number might be helpful to identify which is in your MINI. However, the schematics offered in the Bentley manual are 'cryptic' at best for the audio section. It would be difficult to identify the aux 12v supply.

You might try the forum pages at northamericanmotoring.com for this one....

The radio in my 2012 Mini Cooper S Hatchback went out and I am having trouble finding a wiring diagram for the audio system or the back of the radio. All the fuses are good but I want to verify the it is the radio unit that is bad. I has constant 12V at the connector but cant seem to find Aux. 12V power. any help would be great. Thank you.
