Thanks Bill. That makes a lot more sense.
Dogscarf, if you don't find the correct square motor for your '65 there is a conversion kit sold by our host. From the picture in the item listing you would still need the round wiper motor, a later car's wheelboxes, rack, and rack tubes but you are much more likely to find those at a decent price than the Mk1 parts.

doug.. No . just for the wiper motor.. and this was for a Mk3 mini.. I think the early Wiper motors might be same as the early Land rover Series 2s.. ?? everything total is just under 100 quid for my pick up..sorry for the confusion.. later bc

Bill...44 GBP? For the wheelboxes, tubes, rack and motor? Being a '65 the original motor would be the square one which is quite expensive just by itself.

Fellow Minioids, I am looking for a wiper assembly for my 1965 Austin Mini Cooper that I am restoring. The threads on the wheel boxes are stripped and I used the motor on another Mini. So, motor and the tube and wheel boxes.
