I've seen 15% 16%, 17% and even 19% pulleys out there.
Factory pulley should be 65.5mm so, you can measure the one you have to determine how much smaller it is (example: 15% reduction would be ~55.675mm)

The po put a smaller pulley on my new to me 2006 Cooper S- are there various size smaller pulleys out there or is there just one size?
He has no information for me although the other mods to the car are high end.
