felixy69.. is this mini RHD or LHD?/ if RHD.. you might have problems with CBP.. just ask Big Al aka Mini mover about his problems with crossing in NY state with RHD cars... later bc

auto union. yes.. take engine out.. check box 2A on the DOT and box W on the EPA.. fyi . CPB.. goes by day month and year.. of manufacture.. NOT just year..later bc

hi Felixy69.. it can NOT be done.. as it has to have the OEM engine.. best to just have the seller driver OVER the border for you... later bc

so i am looking for ways to import a CANADIAN 1994 B18 Vtec mini to USA
the engine is a Canadian spec B18
the car is 1994, meets 25yo rules
what else do i have to worry about ? EPA ? DOT ?
as far as i know as long as it is 25year old, it is exempt from EPA / DOT regulations.
anyone have experience ?
any companies to go about doing the brokerage work ?
car is going to Michigan
