"Got nothing when key isn't turned." Do you mean when the key is in the "Off" position or do you mean the engine won't run when the key is in the "on" position after turning to the "start" position and then releasing the key?
"It bumps but won't jump start." What exactly do you mean? With the key in the "on" position, will it push start and run but won't run if you use jumper cables from another battery?

Check for 12 volts at the coil with the ignition in run position.

96’ SPI - having some ignition problems and at a bit of a loss.
Got nothing when key isn’t turned. Usual noises from fuel pump and relay pack, battery and oil lights on. It bumps but win’t Jump start. Changed relay pack, starter motor and solenoid. Earth could nnevtions cleaned, no fuses blown in the main fuse box. No idea if there are any inline fuses on this car which could affect ignition. Immobiliser seems to deactivate, at least the light goes off and you can hear the click behind the dash. Wonderful by if hotwiring would bypass ignition switch advanced a test? Any ideas greatly received.
