Said it was dirty and full of water. I can vouch for it being dirty, heck, it came out of a running car. As for the engine being full of water, not true. You and I emptied the non-watery oil out of it before I loaded it into my vehicle. As it travelled inside all the way there and went immediately into his mechanics garage, no way it could have had a drop of water inside it.

dr mini... yea.. that was the guy that bought a 998 engine/tranny from me for $750 and said he wanted a replacement engine.( wanted me to pay the costs BOTH ways also ) because even thought it ran just fine.. that his prima donna mechanic. said it was DIRTY.. later bc

That yellow Moke is still better than the POS Catalina Island Moke that Schram sold to that Randy guy down in northern Georgia. You know, the guy who's into it for about 11 large, and it makes this car look like a Concours winner!
