Since this is a non-standard tranny swap - it is not something we have much experience with...

I presume you have a 05 R50 Mini Cooper and installed a 6-speed from an R53?  What year was the donor 6-speed?

The code indicates an issue with one of the rotational speed sensors which may be a defect with the sensor or an issue with the connection to one of the sensors....

Perhaps the issue can also be with the software in the computer since there was a 'non-standard' tranny swap - not sure if any adaptation values need to be cleared...

Welcome to the forum. While there are many folks on this forum who know a good amount on the 2002 and newer MINI Cooper (sometimes referred to as BINI in reference to BMW MINI), this forum is dominated by "classic" 1959-200 A-series powered owners. More than a few are intolerant of BINIs so I apologize in advance for their less-than-helpful posts that are sure to come...

Anyway, you may want to consider trying another forum like northamericanminimotoring.com and seeing what answers you get there.

BTW, I'm very interested in your 5spd-6spd swap. I've been intending on doing this for probably 5-6 years now... I want to see if I can get away with using a 5spd flywheel on the 6-speed trans so I don't have to run that heavy-assed 6speed flywheel for the supercharged motors.  Did you just use the 6 speed flywheel?
