They are called screw clips, a good hardware store should have them or McMaster-Carr

I want to have my mini's gauge cluster restored back to the boring plastic piece. But I realized I am missing 4 clips that hold the gauge plastic surround to the gauge cluster itself. So I want to see if anyone has these.
