I'm hoping they will throw this out.  Good move to record the avg mph - it may not be admissible but it is something you can show.

From how I understand it, it works on as a rolling record. Thus if you get in an accident it has recorded the last say minute or 30 seconds of your situation. Seat belt, Speed, Brake application, that sort of thing.

I don't believe its a constant record of the details.

Oh how I wish spitz. I got the ticket. Officer said I was doing 77 in a 45 and racing. I know it wasn’t me because I had just turned from a complete stop and the police car was across the intersection from me. There was a white Subaru that flew past me and the cop was behind him but he didn’t stop. I stopped at the red light and the cop pulled behind me. He seemed surprised when he saw me a 50 year old female bringing pizza home for dinner. He called for back up and I had three other officers around me. I do have pictures of my average MPH which shows 24.4 and I only drive about 3,000 miles a year. I talk with the DA tomorrow, hopefully he understands and works with me. Last ticket I got was 2010 for 8 moles over speed limit. 

My sons car makes mine look like squirrels run it. He’s got a ‘01 Leguna Seca Blue M3. He works at BMW with the racing team. His car has been completely rebuilt and was dyno’d at 720HP. Too much for me and not practical. 

hmm..  might want to call the law firm  of  BEAT them . Cheat Them and HOW.. 

Let me guess.....teen daughter or son borrowed the car?.....lol

Maybe a software engineer type might be able to extract that information since I would think the time, gps location, and speed should be stored in the computer.  At least they always seem to do this on the crime shows on tv.....

Any software gurus out there?

Hi all! This is my first post and I'm hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to find out if I can access the speed of my F56 during a certain day and time frame. I figure since my car calculates the average speed / MPH over a time period the computer would store all the speed information while driving. If it does I really need the information for Court.

Anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?
