Thanks John.

I wrote the folks at Northwest Classics Ltd. (the eBay link that says they don't post to the U.S.).  I received a reply from Peter Roe who says they will post to the U.S. but shipping is not cheap at 22.5 GBP.

So there does appear to be a source but interested parties will need to contact Northwest Classics to get a total price for the rebuild kit with shipping.

The Northwest Classics Ltd. website link is below.  It is only a single page w/o prices.

So nearly 20 years after the last rebuild of my Lockheed 5.5 brake servo for my Mk1 'S it just didn't seem right.  No loss of brake fluid, just a pedal that didn't feel right and the revs going up when pressing the brake pedal.  No white smoke out the exhaust ...
Tearing into the servo I discovered the diaphragm had a split and this is probably all that was wrong.  Servo was rebuilt with a sleeved body (apple hydraulics), new stainless pin, new air filter assembly, and a rebuild kit.

Malsal,
Thanks for taking the time to look in your stash.

I do not know of any identifying numbers.  I did not have one on the car when purchased.

Only going by the pictures in John Parnell's book.  Would like to keep as original as possible!?

MiniMike1,

Thanks for the email address for Nick in Sheffield, UK

I think i may have a complete one in my stash, are there any particular identifying numbers on it to look for?

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

thewerewolf,
No, I have not tried Minisport.com.  Minispares.com is out of stock but I believe that I heard that they recalled their version of the servo due to some problem(s).

Nick in Sheffield, UK, do you have an address or contact info for him?

66Cooper'S
Thanks for the pictures of the servos.  Are these yours?
I will contact you thru your email in your profile.

Thanks for the help and still looking for a servo

Where are you located? The picture shows 7 or 8 of the Lockheed 5.5 for the MK1 in pieces.  Where are you getting the rebuild kits?
