buy one used and have it painted to match. They are easy to take off and install. I just quickly scanned eBay and found multiple 2009 JCW Aero bumpers. Just going to have to pay for it and the shipping.

Maybe you can post a photo of your front bumper since there were several variations of the JCW front bumper.

I had an Oldsmobile that was one of 1500 made. They were able to request a search of all dealerships and parts warehouses to find rare parts. BMW should be able to do a similar search or go used.
