I did find a picture of the fuel vent pipe in the MM catalog.
The tubing does fit the stem on the tank.

can anyone tell me how these tubes/pipes are fitted?

Can you tell me more about fuel tank vent lines?

i read in John Purcell book (page 53, item 27967) that in Jun 64 metal pipe between water hose and heater hose replaced by rubber piping.  Not sure what this is either.

i will try to post pictures of the tubing/piping I have.

US
It could be for the fuel tank vent lines.  Pictures would help.

Still going through parts (66 Cooper S)!  Found two pieces of rigid black plastic tubing measuring about 53” in length and 1/4” outside diameter.  The tubing does have bends.  It is not just straight.

Are these mini parts?
