Not WRONG according to multiple DMV employees, and multiple locations in the state.

Thanks Alex; that is correct. And you also need a license if you are a professional business reselling USED cars, and you wish to avoid paying the State 6% Sales Tax, that is levied on every transaction between a private Buyer and Seller.  I was told by many long time employees of multiple CT DMV locations, that a private citizen can buy and resell and unlimited number of "personal" vehicles, so long as that person pays the Sales Tax, and registers the car in the state of CT, before selling it on.  BC knows this just as well as anybody, by he continues to harangue about it because he lives to discourage anyone from selling minis, as they are perceived as "competition", from his own sales.

You can cut and paste any BS that you want.  I spoke with numerous DMV staffers over 10 years, and every single one of them told me that any "hobbyist", or "enthusiast", can buy and sell as many cars as they want to, so long as the State of CT, collects their 6% Sales Tax, and the car is legally registered. And many people have been doing this for decades, in every state in the Union. And you know this!

You continue to perpetuate this lie, because you think that anyone else selling Minis, is cutting into your perceived HUGE business.  Get over it, loser!

I would have figured you for a Fox Snooze, and Trump fan, I hope he gets impeached, ASAP.

Do you have any MOT failure, "Hairlip Minis" that I can buy and flip for a profit, after fixing your bondo-bodge "respray" repairs??

You are totally wrong, dipS***!!  More than a few DMV personnel have confirmed that a hobbyist can buy and sell on, unlimited cars, so long as the state sales taxes are paid, and proper registration in place.  Dealer license allows one to avoid the sales tax. You are the stoned or stupic one here.....
