Actually, some of us have problems that make it hard to turn around, and a snide answer isn't deserved, Splitz. Maybe the OP has neck issues. In my case, I have ocular myasthenia gravis, and if I have to turn my gaze to the extreme right or left, I almost immediately get double vision that lasts for hours. OP asked a valid question. I'm sure the dealer can install it, as can a good independent MINI mechanic. Might even be a YouTube video for DIY.
I personally love back up cameras, and wish all of my cars had 'em. Huge safety issue...and all new cars are now required to have them.

The only use I see for a backup camera is one pointed at a hitch ball to aid in hook-up.
