jim.. the petrol ones.. will be importing under the Dash low volume kit car law that Pres Obama signed into on 5 Dec 16.. lets manufacture import 325 cars as CKDs. they have sent a moke to ann arbor michigan for testing for EPA cert.. on the chinese engine.. which is used is a lot of UTV 4 x4s.. this will be fully road legal...I already have Manufacture status here in NC and second location all set up and with MSOs.. ect. also.waiting on NHTSA to write this CKD law into policy.. later b c

will the petrol mokes be low speed roads only?  if not, how do they get them to pass any test
