I like that Burgundy color. I need to get a lower seat, or do something to lower mine. Too hight - hit my head if the top is up, if down then the windshield is in the way.

Sorry Malcolm. I am getting forgetful in my old age. I remember that I had seat frames to deliver but was really tired and was thinking I picked them up at BC's place. I was there at midnight and loaded a ton of stuff in the Tahoe that he gave me. Anyway, Moke was dropped off in Niagara Falls this evening and Big Al was heading across the bridge as I was heading south. Another successful haul!

Is that MOKE purple or is it the lighting?
No vehicle should be allowed a licence plate if it’s purple!

Close Al 58,179 pick up's.

I read somewhere that the original metal UK Moke seats were being reproduced in fiberglass.

And of the ones built in England, only about 1/3 stayed. The rest shipped all over; including, a few LHD to the U.S..

Moke Production (source M-Parts website and "Moke, The History"):

Total of 50,902

English Mokes  14,518

Australian Mokes  26,142

Portuges (both Leyland/Rover and Cagiva)  10,242

("Moke, The History" is somewhat suspicious of the precision of these numbers)
