Supercharged Cooper S, Just want to see want to see what the max hp is that the stock block can take.

It depends on whether you have the cooper or cooper S.  Cooper S would be better suited for increased hp, however once you pass 250hp, you might consider upgrading the engine internals for greater reliability.

I'm no expert on new MINIs, but typically non-supercharged engines need to be massively modified to accept turbo or superchargers.
There was a recent thread here where the issue was discussed. If I recall correctly, modifications could include crank, pistons, compression ratio reduction, valves, intake and exhaust system changes, cooling system changes, sensor and programming changes.......  The conclusion in that thread was that it was cheaper to just replace everything, possibly including the vehicle.
