<---- Don't have any experience. Just a thought. If the gear is plastic, you may have some luck with 3D printing. Something else I heard about is baking the PLA after printing for strength.

can anyone give a hint how to change the gear in my sunroof. It is stuck half open and just clicks..thanks greg
