So are you selling the other MINI?

"WET COOPER", Partsguy1 (Terry Snell of Penticton BC ) - Could you send the money for the unpaid parts and court fees.
Ordered so by a Judge

The HIF series of carb is essentially bulletproof, and could be considered the ultimate SU as it was the last one mass produced.

Spares are easily available for all SU products (I was at the factory last week) as are needles and springs for tuning once you're away from standard.

+1 to Mike's comments.  Parts for the HIF carbs are readily available and user adjustable.

since the mini has used su carbs for 40 years, and most mg's used su's, why would you question the carb? BTW, some of the single and twin point injection stuff was limited production and parts are NLA.

Stick with the su's.

I friends. I am looking at buying anouther classic Rover Mini. It is a 1992 with the last of the carburetteurs. 1275 cc. I think this single carb model is good for about 63 hp when tuned correctly. Any thoughts ? Thanks, Darren.
