Took power to fuel pump from rear screen heater, temporary.
Looks that every electrical device works, except spark- there is non- do You have any ideas what could go wrong? Something unpluged/fuse/something else? Would be great if could also add to Your idea how to test it.
Thanks!

Fueal pump, or what it was failed while was driving ~4years ago, understood what happened less than in a minute and run hot wire from from fuse box somewhere, but now, to pass MOT I have to make that it works and shuts off from ignition key.

Just had the exact same problem on my Cabrioni, which had sat for 2 years. Tyre Lever with nice square face up against the BIG lock nuts, and some gentle bumps with a 2lb hammer got it moving. Copper Ease on the part of the shaft I could reach, helped as well.  Be careful you don't break the Wok with heavy handed use of BBH.
To get your Fuel Pump working without the Relay under the Bonnet, Run a Hot Wire from + side of Battery to the + side of the Pump. You will hear it kick in if the Pump is ok.  Another tip is take feed from Rear Window Heater.  Serves as a good anti theft as well, but remember to flick switch off when parking car, as Pump will continue to run.

Checked before hamerring how that part looks like inside to not damage it, thanks for You all, everything moves and hopefully works also.

Another big issue is fuel pump... will check tomorrow maybe just battery is empty in that thing (English isn’t my native as You see) on keyring, but if actually dead is module on top if brake booster, can You suggest how should I take it out if the circuit. Am planning to get MOT on Monday, but for all Mini’s parts I have to wait~2 weeks here.
P.S. Actually my screen name on all other forums is mkmini , on this is I couldn’t use that, don’t know why, maybe am not smart enough haha. Long story about my X19, if You wish can read or go through pictures here https://xwebforums.com/forum/index.php?threads/1981-x1-9-uno-turbo.31207/

A little heat help too. It is just the fusing of two different metals and a common problem.

Be careful hammering on the clutch lever going into the bell housing - it has a ball-shaped end that can snap off. Then you will have to remove the clutch cover, which is difficult but possible with the engine in the car. Using a hammer is sometimes not the 'easy' solution! Apply a penetrating oil or WD40 to the shaft and let it sit for a day or so. Then try moving it gently. Repeat as often as needed to get full movement or give up and remove the cover.

I like your screen name - after owning two Minis back in the 1970's I bought a brand-new 1975 FIAT x/1-9... and loved it.

Couldn’t find clamp that fits, made a 13mm access hole in the wall and gently got it moving out while hitting with hammer/rod.
will move it back and forth, maybe will be better

Hello!

Car has been sitting in a garage ~4 years.
Bleeded out air with vacum from clutch system, before touched clutch pedal. Pedal was solid, and bent it a bit, bent it back.
Master cylinder moves, slave cylinder moves. The shaft that goes into bellhouse was stuck, oiled there all with diesel around slave cylinder. Then with little help of hammer moved shaft back into bellhouse, by hitting arm that on the right side of slave cylinder. Pressed clutch pedal once- moved very good.Pedal went back, but not that shaft out of bellhouse ofcourse.

Am going to get it back out, using carpenter’s clamps- pressing that arm back into slave cylinder and hoping that shaft will move out of bellhouse.

Googled a lot.
Am not willing to take out engine neither bellhouse cover, looking for easy solution.

If have any advice, please write it.
