What would that be? A single O/D drop and a 3.2? That would be splitting hairs between the 3.2 and a 3.44 which I now think of as the new 4.10. I drove a 4.10 back and forth to college in a 850. Maybe the best engine I ever built and my first mini. My cat moved in with the widow next door after one trip to my girl friend's college. Steve (CTR)

Unless your'e running economy drop gears, 3.3:1 isn't a valid final drive.

Try Guessworks site in the UK they may have the info.
FWIW i think a 3.44 with 10's does 16.2 mph per 1000 revs so around 97 mph @ 6000 revs.

I still haven't gotten my Smith tach to work. In the meantime, has anyone worked out RPM vs. MPH for a 3.3:1 final drive w/ 10" wheels? Specifically, I'd like to know the MPH in 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear @ 6000 RPM. Thanks!
