Make sure it’s on a relay if your using a dash switch, with proper sized wires.

I replaced my radiator with part number C-ARA4443. A two core performance one. My needle hasn't gone past half way even in some hot summer days. Might be something worth considering. My Mini came with a none working electric fan, previous owner wired a switch in to turn the fan on. But after the radiator swap I haven't used the switch at all.

Get a new fan, they help when stuck in traffic. MM sell this one Electric Fan you'll find many sources for a replacement fan with a quick Google search, try something like "classic mini electric fan" and see what pops up, you may be surprised at the options.....

Hello, I drive a SPI 1992 and want to use it as my daily driver, where I might be stuck in traffic. My electric fan, located in the inner wing of the driver side, failed due to motor burn out. One of the blades broke too. Would you recommend me to change the fan? If yes, with what? Do you think I should try to find an electric motors guy and get the motor rebuilt and buy new blades, if this is possible? Thanks for your advice.
