I run a stant one with the pressure relief valve. Just make sure it is deep enough to seat in the neck as most are a little short. I think mine is 13 lbs but i have run 15 lb caps in a pinch.

dido what Willie b just posted.. btw do NOT get the 16 PSI as it will blow your rad and hoses.. later bc ps.. try to find 15 PSi.

I'm getting close to waking the engine I've rebuilt from it's 35 year slumber.  I seem to have neglected to order a rad cap with the piles of other stuff I've had to get.

Does anyone know or a brand/part number that fits a standard mini rad that can just be purchased at a local parts shop?  I'm not keen on waiting for one from overseas.

It's a stock 998 located in Canada.
