Early OZ mokes only have three digit vin numbers??

Malsal.. my customer BOUGHT the OZ moke this morning off ebay.com.au I will post photos when it arrives in about 45 days.. he bought for $19K. AUS.. thanks bc

Malsal..I have been reading up on early OZ mokes.. seems they did only have 3 digits.in 1968 and they also vin number stamped on crossmember under the seat. ( same location as my morgan..) thanks for reply.. later bc ps.. still waiting to confirm. with www.miniandmokeworld.com.au

For the OZ guys. I am looking at buying yet again another OZ moke.. this one ebay.com.au and it is 1968. with ONLY a three digit vin number.. ( 702).. any way to vertify this for CBP/ US CUSTOMS?/ thanks bc.. [email protected]
