Looks like a Mini that was built by Alain P for his daughter 20 + years ago.
If it is; it has been repainted because it was bright yellow. But not pea green metallic...

It's really just the union jack that clashes with the car, a White roof would look good, or go all out and paint the roof the orange on the radiator.

NICE work.. Looks tidy But NOT easy on the eyes!
