I was recently at the store with my kids and the one time I decided to look at the toys with them I found a Hot wheels Snow Stormer one and another and another so I bought them all (hahaha). This weekend I went out and found the Matchbox van 66cooper’s found as well as the dark blue mini (it truly was like an Easter egg hunt). Anyways, now I’m collecting them so if anyone has any others and willing to trade let me know.

I was always curious as to why matchbox made more roots group models than any other in the 60s or maybe it was just what the store owner selected to sell.

None at Walmart in Canada. We have found a lot of the recent Beatles red mini in Vermont Walmarts...
Also the blue Stormers  with white wheels and tires ,

A resurgence in Minis. The Matchbox are all Austin Mini Van . the Hot Wheels are all Morris Mini...
The Matchbox are not as well finished as the Hot Wheels... but of course these are toys and not collector cars...

I found that one in a single pack at Fred Meyer the other week.  There was another Mini van too.  I think it was purple??

While at Walmart the other day I noticed a new (well at least new to me)
matchbox display with the cars in a little cardboard box.  So in the large
box are 24 cars (two of them are the Austin Mini Van).
