replacing door/window rubber

The rubber part is external. But I don't know how the clips fit into the door.

If memory serves, I don't think you can. I think there is a cut out in the rubber that goes around something (striker maybe?) that won't allow you to pull the rubber straight out.

Can the door/window rubber trim on the outside be replaced without removing the door panel and glass?
