You don't have to worry about the Wattage on the Tridon flashers. Being solid state they don't have to match the Wattage of the bulbs.

Incidentally, if you need a 2 prong and all they have is the 3 prong, you can use the 3 prong. One of the 3 prong terminals is for connection of an indicator lamp. You just don't use that terminal in 2-prong setups.
Tridon terminals are...
X = power in, L = Load/Lights, P = Indicator lamp.
Thanks Doug! Do I need to look for the proper wattage (for load) for these? I think the 9L was 4 x 21W + (5W) - but maybe it does not make a difference here with the solid state relays now. Sometimes if the load is different you get real slow flashing on the standard bulbs in our Minis.
