When I picked up (rescued...) my collection of neglected Minis in 2016, the 69 Cooper had 3 Exacton wheels installed. They are the same as the one in the vintage ad attached. The 4th wheel is missing.
Just posting here in the hopes that someone with a hoard of parts may have one, or know of someone who may. The Cooper is rough, but I think worth saving and I'd like to complete this set of wheels for it.
