Spitz has great airflow in a wagon, which is easy to do as the rear quarter windows in a wagon open so wide.

This past summer I was driving the woody in 35 degrees. I was happy for the sliders.....sucks all the heat out without messing my golden locks....lol

I was offered a set of fiberglass OZ doors (copies) last year and the guy may still have them. Email me and I'll give you his information.

I bought four mokes from Lic Dealer in Raleigh NC about 2007 and he had 2 sets of good Oz doors laying in the back..in a moke and LR said.. you can have them old rusty doors for FREE.. I had bought the mokes with NO titles and Skip Summers..as SS failed to send Aus titles the buyer here in NC.. this is how I got started in the moke import business.. as we only have to get title bond here in NC to get title . a mere $150 with MVR 92... this was the beginning of Mini Movers and my MOKE CAPER.. in 2012... later bc ps.. you will be lucky to find good set of Oz doors for under $1500 in 2018

I bought the last set I saw for sale on the forum. In 2006 Forgot I had them, just found them in the basement a couple of month ago as I packed to move house!
Sometimes I feel you have to buy an Aussie car just to get the doors!
Also, make sure you budget for the rubbers. Not cheap or easy to put on.

Hello everyone
I'd like to start a new forum here to see if anyone has a set of Aussie doors that will fit a mk1 Cooper body. I need something thst can be at least restored but that is basically solid and not the burst proof handles that came on some Australian cars. I know this is almost a holy grail topic but need to try.
Thanks
Tim
